1.Try our mattresses for we recommend at least 2 weeks to be sure.

2.If you are not satisfied with our products, contact our customer services within200 nights and we'll arrange to collect from you.

3.The courier will come to collect your mattress at no cost to you at an arranged time that suits you.
Please put the mattress inside the original package (if your location is outside Dublin please bind the mattress on the pallet) and return the whole package to the courier.

4.We will process your refund and encourage you to try our other products. We Welcome any feedbacks.

Warranty

All iSleep mattresses come with a warranty that starts on the day of the initial retail purchase.

Before approving a specific claim under this Warranty, we reserve the right to request pictures, more details, or a physical inspection of the mattress. Send an email with a thorough explanation of the issue, a picture, and the evidence of purchase (such as the order number or sales receipt) to our customer care team at hello@isleep.ie .

This guarantee covers flaws in the spring unit and other essential components of the iSleep Mattress.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

- Preference for comfort

- Unusual usage

- Physical mistreatment or mattress damage that results in flaws like burns, wounds, splits, liquid damage, or stains

- Bed bug infestations, stains, odours, and other issues brought on by improper mattress care

You are not entitled to a refund under the terms of this warranty. Only upgrades and replacements that result from valid warranty claims are covered by the warranty.
