Return Policy
1. 200-Night Risk-Free Trial
(1) The 200-night risk-free trial applies to all iSleep mattresses.
(2) iSleep non-mattress products (including pillows and mattress protectors) are not eligible for the 200-night trial.
(3) This policy does not apply to clearance items.
(4) The trial period expires at midnight on the 200th day from the delivery date.
(5) The 200-night risk-free trial is provided as a goodwill commercial offer and does not affect the statutory 14-day right of return. We reserve the right to decline the application of this trial period without prior notice.
2. Returns
(1) Returns within the legal 14-day right of return period are free of charge.
(2) For returns after 14 days and within the 200-night trial period:
If the return is due to a product quality issue, return shipping is free.
If the return is due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect size ordered, wrong delivery address), a €50 return fee will apply.
(3) Returns are not accepted after 200 days.
(4) To initiate a return, please email hello@isleep.ie with your return request and photo verification. We will arrange a pickup within 3-5 business days, followed by a quality inspection (5 business days) after the item is received.
3. Exchanges
(1) Free exchanges are not available during the trial period. If an exchange is requested for customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect size ordered, wrong delivery address), a €150 service fee (including shipping) will apply.
(2) To request an exchange, please email hello@isleep.ie to discuss the process.
(3) After the new mattress is delivered, the old mattress will be collected within 7 business days.
4. Refunds
(1) Refunds will be processed after the return process is fully completed. The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive store credit(with an additional 5% bonus).
(2) Full refunds (minus any applicable return fees) are available during the trial period. However, if the product is damaged by the customer (e.g., stains on the mattress, structural damage such as deformed springs), a deduction will be made based on the extent of the damage.
5. Other Information
Photos provided for return verification are used exclusively for quality inspection and will be automatically deleted after the return process is completed.
